Senior Machine learning Engineer

Join Guidewire's Generative AI team as a Senior ML Engineer to lead the design, development, and operation of our end-to-end GenAI solutions and LLM capabilities. You will own critical components of our LLM infrastructure, from data pipelines to model deployment and monitoring, shaping next-generation AI solutions that directly power insurance workflows and support our Agentic AI product vision.

• Lead design and implementation of GenAI and LLM products on AWS
• Architect and build robust ML/LLM pipelines for insurance use cases
• Develop and optimize LLM solutions using prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning
• Establish and apply MLOps best practices for production AI
• Mentor engineers and champion technical excellence in AI workloads
• Drive AI solutions aligned with product roadmaps and customer goals
