Senior Data Scientist

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to develop and implement machine learning systems for semiconductor manufacturing. You will focus on anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and virtual metrology, working with time-series and tabular data to improve processes. This role involves owning the full model lifecycle from data preparation to deployment and monitoring in a collaborative, agile environment.

• Build supervised ML models for anomaly detection using time-series and tabular data
• Enhance data collection and processing workflows for robust test datasets
• Design, train, and iterate on predictive models integrating various data sources
• Engineer features from continuous time-series streams and combine process variables
• Manage full modeling workflow including experiment tracking and automated retraining
• Communicate complex technical findings to data scientists and process engineers
