Advisor - ML Engineering & Operations

Lilly is seeking a Senior ML/AI Engineer to join their Bengaluru Business Insights & Analytics team. This role involves owning end-to-end ML architecture, pipeline design, and production deployment, with a strong focus on generative AI and agentic systems. You will collaborate with data scientists and other engineers to build and optimize ML systems, ensuring rigor and best practices in a hands-on, individual contributor capacity.

• Own end-to-end ML architecture and pipeline design
• Lead technical integration with Agentic AI engineering team
• Design and build production agentic AI systems using LangGraph
• Own LLMOps practice for production LLM applications
• Architect retrieval-augmented generation systems and vector databases
• Provide technical oversight to junior engineers
