What we are looking for

Develop and maintain Python-based AI applications
Build document workflows using LLMs and NLP
Maintain human-in-the-loop systems and AI monitoring
Build agentic systems with MCP, tool calling, and vector stores
Experience with AWS and modern software development lifecycle
5-8+ years of experience building production AI/ML systems
