Forward Deployed AI Engineer, West

Arize AI is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work directly with enterprise clients, focusing on implementing and scaling AI observability and evaluation programs. This client-facing role involves technical leadership, building custom integrations, and managing projects from scoping to delivery.

• Partner with enterprise AI teams on GenAI observability and evaluation
• Lead technical discussions with customer stakeholders
• Build custom integrations and tooling to extend the Arize platform
• Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering teams
• Define and scale best practices for Forward Deployed Engineering
