Senior Software Engineer, Data Science

Join Procore's Data Science team as a Senior Software Engineer to ensure the accuracy of our LLM-powered features. You will build systems to measure model quality, diagnose accuracy issues, and productionize AI models. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop data, tooling, and evaluation infrastructure that drives repeatable accuracy improvements.

• Own LLM feature accuracy from prompt selection to production
• Build and maintain dataset and evaluation infrastructure
• Diagnose and fix measurement path issues
• Automate evaluation pipelines and build scaling tooling
• Develop reusable internal tooling for error analysis and experimentation
