Principal Engineer – AI Productivity Lab

Join our new AI Productivity Lab as a Principal Engineer to lead the development of internal AI tools and automation. You will provide technical leadership for building domain-specific agents and tooling, and contribute to developing knowledge repositories for safe, repeatable automation. This role is within the Data & AI Unit of the CTO office, focusing on accelerating employee productivity and process automation using agentic co-working technologies.

• Lead engineering of coworking solutions from prototype to MVP
• Design and build reusable capabilities for the coworking platform
• Apply hands-on experience with agentic coding and open-source tools
• Partner with business stakeholders to shape use cases and embed solutions
• Coach and mentor engineers, engaging senior stakeholders on technical direction
• Proven experience leading technology solutions delivery with ownership of business outcomes
