- Research and develop novel AI technologies, including self-supervised learning and foundation models
- Build and deploy machine learning models for large-scale customer data analysis
- Partner with product and engineering teams to operationalize models in production systems
- Conduct experiments to improve customer experiences and business outcomes
- Utilize Python, Scala, Spark, and AWS for data analysis and model development
- Experience with deep learning, representation learning, and customer behavioral modeling
