AI/ML Engineer

Vanguard is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions on AWS. You will build scalable cloud-native applications, implement Generative AI solutions with LLMs, and partner with stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-driven outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to be a subject matter expert and influence technical direction in a mission-driven organization.

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions on AWS
• Build scalable, cloud-native AI/ML applications and services
• Implement Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs and vector databases
• Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines for batch and real-time workloads
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions
• Ensure adherence to AI governance, security, and Responsible AI standards
