About this role

The Hartford is seeking a Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer to build, deploy, and sustain enterprise-scale AI solutions for insurance workflows. This hands-on technical lead will manage existing models, expand into generative AI, and guide junior engineers in creating production-ready AI/ML components and pipelines.

Lead engineering execution for predictive model portfolio
Build, deploy, and maintain AI/ML components and data pipelines
Implement solution designs and translate into production code
Support generative AI and agentic AI solutions
Develop and operate data/AI pipelines for training and inference
Deploy and sustain production AI services in AWS and GCP
