Databricks is seeking a Senior Specialist Solutions Engineer with expertise in AI/ML to guide customers in architecting and implementing production-grade ML applications on the Databricks platform. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, focusing on GenAI, LLMOps, and MLOps, while also contributing to community growth through thought leadership.

What we are looking for

Lead architectural design of production-grade ML workloads and MLOps lifecycle
Provide advanced technical support during sales cycles, building MVPs and leading deep-dives
Serve as a trusted advisor for customers developing GenAI solutions, including RAG architectures
Drive community growth and platform adoption through thought leadership and training
Requires background in Data Science/Machine Learning and Data Engineering
Hands-on experience with ML engineering, Data Science techniques, and distributed systems
