Manage a team of material specialists focused on adhesives, coatings, and thermal protective systems. You will provide technical leadership, support production needs, and foster team development. This role involves material ownership, specification maintenance, and directing lab testing.

• Manage a team of 8-12 material specialists
• Provide technical leadership for adhesives and coatings
• Support near-term production and long-term growth initiatives
• Oversee material ownership, specification, and development
• Mentor team members and conduct performance reviews
• Coordinate team tasks, budgets, and schedules

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
