AI Engineer (Hybrid)

Join Securian Financial's Enterprise Data and Analytics team as a Senior AI Engineer to shape and advance AI platforms, tools, and architectures for enterprise-scale delivery. You will lead experimentation, assess emerging AI technologies, and consult across the business to ensure scalable, sustainable, and secure AI solutions.

• Champion selection and lifecycle management of AI platforms, frameworks, and tools
• Serve as an internal SME on enterprise AI platform architecture
• Experiment with new AI services and foundation models
• Partner with AI delivery teams to guide solution design
• Document and coach teams on AI platform standards and best practices
• Ensure AI platforms are secure, compliant, and cost-efficient
