About this role
NCH is seeking a hands-on Research and Development Scientist to develop, optimize, and implement laboratory-developed tests using mass spectrometry technologies. You will design and troubleshoot analytical methods, perform validation studies, and collaborate with clinical teams to bring new assays into routine use.
What we are looking for
6- Develop, optimize, and validate laboratory-developed tests (LDTs)
- Utilize LC-MS/MS, GC-MS, and other mass spectrometry technologies
- Design and troubleshoot analytical methods and sample preparation workflows
- Analyze complex datasets and interpret experimental results
- Collaborate with clinical and laboratory teams
- Experience with quantitative mass spectrometry method development and assay validation
