About this role
KLA Corporation is seeking an AI Software Engineer to design and develop AI-enabled applications and services for semiconductor manufacturing. You will build, train, and deploy machine learning models, create data pipelines, and integrate AI solutions into production systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions and requires experience with LLMs and cloud AI services.
What we are looking for
6- Design and develop AI-enabled applications and services
- Build, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models
- Develop scalable software using modern programming languages and cloud technologies
- Integrate AI models into production applications and operational processes
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Familiarity with Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS, or other cloud AI services
