Machine Learning Scientist

Cartesian Systems is building spatial intelligence for indoor environments to drive operational efficiency in the retail industry. As a Machine Learning Scientist, you will design, develop, and deploy ML models for indoor positioning and perception, directly impacting our category-defining product. You will optimize model architectures, create benchmarking tools, and translate research into production pipelines, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models for indoor positioning and perception
• Optimize model architectures for performance and efficiency
• Develop tools and datasets for real-world performance benchmarking
• Translate research into production pipelines
• Collaborate with engineering and product to ship features to enterprise customers
• PhD in CS, EE, or related field with deep ML experience
