What we are looking for 6
- Develop and deploy ML/AI solutions including embedding models, fine-tuned LLMs, and ranking systems
- Apply generative AI and LLM techniques to personalization challenges
- Design and interpret A/B experiments with statistical rigor
- Collaborate with ML engineers to productionize models using MLOps best practices
- Translate complex business questions into clear modeling approaches and communicate results
- Take end-to-end ownership of workstreams, from problem framing to presenting findings
