Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Amperity is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead complex ML projects and contribute to its AI-first strategy. You will design, build, and operate production ML systems, focusing on identity resolution and customer data agents. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging AI assistance tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.

• Lead complex and ambiguous ML projects
• Own technically deep pieces of ML architecture
• Design CI/CD pipelines and deployment architecture for ML systems
• Build automated retraining pipelines and architect monitoring solutions
• Design real-time and batch feature pipelines
• Improve model inference latency and establish SLOs for production ML
