About this role
Join Workday's AI Core team as a Machine Learning Engineer to develop advanced AI-powered software impacting millions of users. You will build and deploy ML solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI across Workday's product ecosystem, leveraging cloud platforms and large datasets.
What we are looking for
6- Develop tailored user experiences using advanced Agentic AI, LLMs and RAG
- Collaborate to deliver ML solutions across Workday's product ecosystem
- Enable training, deployment, and lifecycle management of ML models
- Develop and deploy new APIs/services using Docker/Kubernetes at scale
- Apply machine learning techniques to analyze HR and Finance text data
- Serve as a technical role model for junior engineers
