AI Engineer

Mastercard's Business & Market Insights group is seeking a Lead Generative AI & ML Engineer to architect and deliver next-generation AI systems. This role involves leading a team to develop LLM, agentic, and multimodal AI solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

• Lead development of multi-agent AI systems using frameworks like LangGraph and AutoGen
• Design and operationalize multimodal generative AI pipelines with transformer architectures
• Build production-grade RAG and Graph-RAG systems integrating vector databases
• Lead LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model alignment strategies
• Establish robust LLMOps and MLOps pipelines on Databricks using MLflow
• Develop high-performance Python backend services for LLM inference orchestration
