About this role

The Hartford is seeking a Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer to build and operationalize MLOps services for their Customer Operations Data Science team. This role focuses on designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI solutions to optimize customer interactions and improve customer experience at scale.

Design, build, and operationalize production-grade AI solutions
Research, experiment with, and implement Generative and ML algorithms
Deliver critical milestones for model deployment in AWS and GCP clouds
Adopt and promote MLOps best practices
Provide mentorship and thought leadership to junior engineers
Collaborate with Enterprise Data, Data Science, and Business teams
