Republic Services is seeking a Data Scientist I to support AI and analytics initiatives. This role involves building, evaluating, and documenting AI, analytical, and machine learning solutions under guidance. You will partner with senior data scientists and stakeholders to translate analytical work into clear insights for decision-making.

• Develop and evaluate statistical, machine learning, and AI models
• Conduct hypothesis testing and basic causal analysis
