About this role

Press Ganey is seeking a Staff ML Engineer to transition AI Agent prototypes into production-ready products. You will lead major AI initiatives, set engineering standards for AI systems, and guide the technical future of our AI Agents for Healthcare. This role involves close collaboration with AI Scientists, ML Engineers, and Product Managers to integrate advanced AI capabilities into our existing Java/Spring platform, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.

De-risk complex AI integrations with robust evaluation, monitoring, and safety frameworks
Architect and implement scalable AI capabilities within a Java/Spring platform
Establish engineering best practices for AI Agent systems
Drive architectural decisions across AI services and enterprise integrations
Collaborate with AI Scientists to productionize models and mentor engineers
