ML Engineer, Foundation Model Recipes

Waymo is seeking an ML Engineer to join the AI Foundations team, focusing on developing machine learning solutions for autonomous driving. You will advance state-of-the-art research in robotics and ML, working with foundation models and large-scale data pipelines to improve the quality, safety, and realism of embodied AI agents. This role involves collaborating across organizations to bring innovative technology into production.

• Develop and extend cutting-edge ML research for autonomous driving
• Advance state-of-the-art recipes for embodied AI agents
• Partner across organizations to deploy innovative tech
• Work with state-of-the-art Foundation Models
• Drive model development via data, eval, and systems
