Manager, AI Engineer

Sun Life is seeking an experienced AI Engineer Manager to lead the development and integration of AI and machine-learning solutions. This role involves building GenAI/RAG components, optimizing AI models, and ensuring solutions are secure and scalable. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional AI applications.

• Develop AI/ML solutions including GenAI/RAG components
• Build and integrate APIs and cloud-based AI services
• Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams
• Optimize model performance, reliability, and cost
• Ensure AI solutions meet security and deployment standards
• Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers
