What we are looking for

Ship LLM-powered features and agentic workflows in Python and TypeScript
Design and implement evals, guardrails, and feedback loops for trustworthy AI
Build and operate event-driven services with agentic workflows
Integrate LLMs with semantic search and classical NLP pipelines
Ensure privacy and security by design in AI solutions
3+ years of software engineering experience with production LLM features
