Staff Data Scientist (Growth & ML), Hyderabad 

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to join their Data & Audience Platform Team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on researching, designing, and building machine learning systems to drive customer growth and engagement for the Max streaming app. You will also provide research guidance, mentorship to junior engineers, and promote best practices within the organization.

• Research, design, and build end-to-end machine learning systems for customer growth
• Contribute to the design of scalable ML solutions in production
• Provide research guidance and mentorship to applied scientists and ML engineers
• Promote and role-model best practices in data science and engineering
• Apply ML research to solve industry problems
• Publish blogs, articles, or papers in respected scientific conferences
