Strategy & Analytics Experimentation Director

Faire is seeking an Experimentation Director to lead and enhance their experimentation practices. This role will own the methodology and principles for designing, running, and analyzing experiments across all teams, ensuring rigor without sacrificing velocity. You will partner closely with Strategy & Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams, acting as the primary reviewer for high-stakes experiments and an expert in causal inference.

• Own experimentation methodology and principles
• Build and maintain experimentation OS and review processes
• Adapt methodology for AI-driven experimentation
• Partner with S&A, Engineering, Data Science, and Product
• Serve as expert on causal inference and alternative analyses
• Perform ad hoc experiment review and analysis
