Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Attentive is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build and scale production-grade ML systems for 1:1 personalization. This role involves end-to-end ownership of ML projects, collaboration with product and engineering teams, and contributing to technical direction. The position is based in San Francisco, CA, with a hybrid work model.

• Design, build, and operate scalable machine learning systems for real-time targeting and personalization
• Own ML projects end-to-end, from data exploration to deployment and monitoring
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and data teams
• Improve system reliability, performance, and engineering efficiency
• Mentor and support other engineers
• 6+ years of experience building production ML software systems
