About this role

Roche is seeking a senior AI Engineer to design, build, and operate robust AI solutions across Pharma Technical Operations. This hands-on role involves owning end-to-end AI delivery, from solution architecture and data pipelines to GenAI systems and production operations. You will partner with various teams to translate complex challenges into reliable, scalable, and compliant AI-enabled products.

Develop and implement advanced GenAI solutions with RAG architectures
Ensure AI solutions meet reliability, scalability, and compliance expectations
Apply strong software and platform engineering practices in Python and cloud environments
Partner with stakeholders to ensure regulated delivery and responsible AI
