Machine Learning Engineer

Clera is seeking a mid-level Machine Learning Engineer to own the end-to-end ML lifecycle in a fast-paced AI startup. You will design, build, and deploy production models that directly impact business outcomes, working closely with product and engineering teams. This role offers the opportunity to shape ML solutions in the recruitment technology space.

• Own the full ML lifecycle from problem definition to production monitoring
• Design, train, and evaluate production-ready machine learning models
• Implement end-to-end ML pipelines and MLOps practices
• Collaborate with product and engineering to deliver business impact
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying production ML systems
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
