Lead new product development from concept to launch, translating consumer insights into scalable products using food science principles. This role also involves maintaining the existing product portfolio and championing quality and continuous improvement.

• Design and develop new prototypes from benchtop to production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product launches
• Ensure product quality and food safety requirements
• Provide proper documentation and knowledge management
• Stay current with food science and technology developments
• Gain hands-on pilot plant experience for scale-up
