About this role

Join Gusto's ML Platform team as a Machine Learning Platform Engineer to build and scale our AI and ML infrastructure. You will collaborate with AI/ML engineers to develop reliable and effective MLOps solutions, focusing on automated pipelines, model development, deployment, and monitoring.

What we are looking for

Build core components of the ML and AI Platform technical roadmap
Design and build MLOps solutions with automated pipelines
Develop, maintain, and enhance frameworks for ML model development and deployment
Collaborate with ML/AI builders to determine business requirements and SLAs
Develop, maintain, and enhance infrastructure supporting ML services
Apply AI tools and best practices to engineering workflows
