Sr. Principal Scientist (Sr. Research Scientist)

ICON is seeking a Sr. Principal Scientist in Lenexa, KS to design, conduct, and analyze complex clinical research studies. You will leverage expertise in ligand binding assays to drive innovative research, develop scientific protocols, and collaborate across departments to advance new treatments.

• Design and execute LBA method development experiments
• Develop new scientific approaches and mentor junior scientists
• Provide scientific input for new technology investments and business development
• Consult with sponsors on assay requirements
• Publish scientific findings and present at conferences
• Ensure compliance with GLP and other regulations
