This hybrid role focuses on creating high-quality training and evaluation data at scale, designing scalable data pipelines, and improving labeling workflows.

• Design and build scalable data pipelines for ML and LLM development
• Architect human-in-the-loop labeling workflows and quality control
• Develop strategies for synthetic data generation and validation
• Leverage LLMs to automate data processes and improve efficiency
• Establish systems to measure and mitigate dataset failure modes
• Provide technical direction on infrastructure and foster engineering excellence
