About this role

Radiance Technologies is seeking an R&D Engineer to advance infrared phenomenology and techniques. You will support infrared sensor data analysis by developing and improving methods for processing and disseminating data, and by creating missile and aircraft modeling and simulation capabilities. This role involves collaborative work with engineers, scientists, and analysts to develop advanced intelligence analysis processes.

What we are looking for

Develop and implement algorithms for EO/IR/RF phenomenologies
Generate EO/IR/RF signatures using COTS and GOTS software
R&D on remotely sensed data, including system modeling and analysis algorithm development
Provide input to test/analysis reports and briefings
Produce reports on algorithm and tool development/enhancement
Programming skills in Python, Matlab, or C++
