Research Engineer, Agentic Systems

Mirage is seeking an ML Engineer to advance large language models for AI-native video editing. You will develop agentic systems that understand and operate on video data, focusing on improving reasoning, control, and interaction between language models and time-based media.

• Design and build end-to-end agentic systems for creative tasks
• Develop novel approaches for training and adapting LLMs
• Explore multimodal reasoning and structured generation
• Run systematic experiments to evaluate agent performance
• Analyze failure modes and iterate on improvements
• BS/MS/PhD in CS, ML, or related field
