Postdoctoral Fellow, Multimodal Modeling

Join Biohub's Proteoform Spatial Biology Group as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Multimodal Modeling to accelerate scientific discovery in disease research. You will design and train advanced AI models to integrate diverse biological data, aiming to uncover spatiotemporal regulation of proteins and develop early interventions for inflammation.

• Design and train self-supervised multimodal models fusing imaging, proteomics, and proximity data
• Work with graph-structured proximity-network data and graph-aware modeling approaches
• Leverage and adapt existing high-performing imaging models
• Develop cross-modal alignment strategies for cell-state modeling
• Present findings internally and externally, and co-author publications
• PhD in machine learning, computational biology, or related field
