Staff ML Engineer

RBC Wealth Management Technology Data team is seeking an experienced Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead advanced ML initiatives and drive technical innovation. You will manage and mentor a team, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and build scalable ML capabilities to solve complex business challenges.

• Lead and mentor a team of ML and data engineers
• Own end-to-end ML project delivery from conception to production
• Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models
• Establish MLOps best practices and ensure code quality
