Senior Manager, AI/ML Engineering

Lead a team responsible for AI/ML powering property valuations and the core AI platform for a leading digital property marketplace. This hands-on leadership role involves setting technical direction, prototyping solutions, and managing a portfolio with varying release speeds, from mature systems to cutting-edge agentic AI.

• Lead and grow a team of senior AI/ML, data, and platform engineers
• Define and own the AI platform roadmap and shared capabilities
• Accountable for production ML systems for property valuation
• Hands-on engineering with prototyping and production ownership
• Deep experience in production ML, MLOps, and generative AI
• Strong data and cloud foundations (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, AWS)
