ML Engineer (Knowledge Graph)

Join the Commerce Data Graph team at Toss to build the foundational knowledge graph connecting items, users, and queries. You will develop embedding and relationship graph models that power recommendations, search, and advertising, extending coverage to cold items and new contexts.

• Develop graph representation learning and link prediction models
• Learn relationships in heterogeneous graphs of items, users, and queries
• Create attribute-based embeddings and retriever models
• Improve coverage for cold items and long-tail products
• Contribute to defining learning strategies and validation methods
• Work on a team that is just beginning and shaping its direction
