Senior ML Engineer (AI Research, Physical AI)

Nebius is seeking a Senior ML Engineer for their AI R&D team to focus on Physical AI research. You will develop intelligent agents capable of perceiving, reasoning, and acting in the physical world, working with areas like vision-language-action models and reinforcement learning for robotic control. This role involves modifying foundation models, prototyping in simulation, and validating approaches on real-world systems.

• Research and develop physical AI for intelligent agents
• Work on vision-language-action models and reinforcement learning
