AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer on the Agent Factory team, you will integrate cutting-edge AI models into Workday's enterprise software, focusing on intelligence orchestration and product delivery. You'll build and deploy production-grade AI agents, working at the intersection of AI, platform architecture, and human workflows to solve real customer challenges at scale.

• Develop and integrate intelligent feature layers for AI agents
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and manage orchestration frameworks
• Hands-on prompt engineering and LLM application development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric AI features
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 1+ years of experience with LLMs or modern AI APIs
