Founding Machine Learning Engineer

As a Founding Machine Learning Engineer, you will own the ML function at an early-stage AI startup, shaping technical direction and building the core systems for next-generation AI agents. You will be instrumental in defining the ML roadmap, developing data pipelines, and creating evaluation frameworks to drive model performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and grow the ML team from the ground up.

• Own ML function from day one, defining technical direction and roadmap
• Build high-quality training data pipelines and evaluation frameworks
• Develop reliable agent environments, tool interfaces, and observability systems
• 3+ years of ML engineering experience delivering production ML systems
• Hands-on experience with post-training data pipelines and model evals
• Strong Python skills and systems-level programming for ML infrastructure
