Public Safety Officer 1

Provide security services with a focus on professionalism, fairness, and compassion within a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include patrols, incident response, de-escalation, emergency preparedness, and liaison with law enforcement. This role requires strong emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

• Provide security services with a customer-service approach
• Perform interior and exterior patrols to ensure safety and security
• Respond to and investigate workplace violence and other incidents
• Serve as a primary resource for de-escalation and use of force
• Liaise with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies
• Maintain current department training standards
