HPE Labs - Research Engineer III

Hewlett Packard Labs is seeking a Research Scientist to join their Large-Scale Integrated Photonics Lab. This hybrid role focuses on developing next-generation photonic and hybrid photonic-electronic computing systems, with an emphasis on neuromorphic computing and optical spiking neural networks for various applications. You will contribute to research projects, scientific publications, and collaborative deliverables.

• Contribute to research in neuromorphic and photonic computing
• Develop optical spiking neural networks for applications like radar processing
• Design next-generation photonic and hybrid computing systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in photonics, electronics, and ML
• Utilize Python for design, experimentation, and data analysis
