About this role
As a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist, you will be a technical lead on our Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) program, developing novel methods to improve the sensitivity and specificity of diagnostic assays. You will drive end-to-end data science workflows, from data curation and hypothesis generation to model building and validation, utilizing machine learning and AI approaches. This role offers the opportunity to shape the direction of cutting-edge R&D projects and contribute to the development of life-changing healthcare technologies.

- Lead bioinformatics efforts for complex R&D projects, particularly in MRD assay development
- Develop and validate novel methods for genomic and epigenetic biomarker integration
- Execute end-to-end data science workflows, including data curation, modeling, and ML/AI exploration

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance product development
- Expertise in Linux HPC/cloud environments and multiple programming languages
