AI/ML Engineer - Senior Level

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer at USAA, you will lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from requirement analysis to production support, focusing on developing and maintaining systems that leverage AI and ML models for prediction and decision-making. You will also configure and manage AI/ML infrastructure in cloud and on-prem environments, and mentor junior team members.

• Lead full ML lifecycle including analysis, design, data pipelines, testing, deployment, and support
• Develop and implement complex technical solutions for AI, ML, and GenAI applications
• Configure and manage AI/ML infrastructure in cloud/on-prem environments (AWS, GCP)
• Mentor junior technical team members and contribute to technical direction
• Extensive programming experience in Python, Java, or R
• Expert knowledge of at least one cloud platform (e.g., AWS Sagemaker)
