Data Scientist II

Gap Inc is seeking a Data Scientist II to join their Forecasting Team. This role will leverage data analysis and machine learning to optimize inventory management strategy through advanced forecasting techniques. You will lead the development of AI models, analyze large datasets, and provide data-backed recommendations to influence business decisions.

• Develop and maintain AI/ML models for forecasting and predictive analysis
• Manipulate and analyze large datasets from diverse sources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare data pipelines
• Deliver data-backed recommendations to influence leaders' decisions
• Experience with forecasting, time series analysis, and supply chain analytics
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Azure environments
