Head of Forward Deployed Engineering

Lead a forward-deployed engineering team focused on building high-quality datasets for AI initiatives. You will own the end-to-end data pipeline, design ML approaches for human-in-the-loop systems, and develop tools for scalable data delivery. This player-coach role requires strong customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

• Build and lead the Forward Deployed Engineering DaaS organization
• Own and evolve the data pipeline components of the DaaS stack
• Partner with customers to scope requirements for complex AI datasets
• Develop robust systems for request intake and task orchestration
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to innovate HITL methods
• Drive continuous improvement through reusable workflows and operational insights
